Found this on a website. Worth to be shared I guess.

1) Never be awful to anyone, that person you were awful to may teach you the most.

The score is 1-1. But it is enough for Barcelona to go through to final because of the away goal rule.

Anyway, the referee was bad. Chelsea deserved to go onto the final. Barcelona played terrible absolutely awful they are going to get slaughter by manchester united. The referee is a disgrace I agree with Drogba 100%.

I guess Guardiola slipped Ovrebo some cash under the table before the game. How can you not call or miss at least 4 penalty kicks (!). And 2 of them were completely obvious. I mean Pique practically grabbed the ball and the referee was like 'Oh it's ok with that, boy'. Chelsea should be in the final, definitely not Barcelona.

So the question is: have Barcelona really got what it takes ?

"Scorers' Reunion"

Setelah membaca blog Shakir, saya mendapati bahawa Bahasa Melayu yang beliau gunakan begitu memberangsangkan dan menakjubkan. Jadi dalam 'entry' ini, saya akan cuba untuk mengikuti jejak langkah beliau.

Pada hari sabtu yang lepas bersamaan 25 April 2009,29 Rabiulakhir 1430, Afif dan saya telah membawa diri ke Mozac pada pukul 8.30 tepat. Setelah sampai, saya pergi ke tempat pendaftaran dan telah menerima Majalah Pembina. Selepas itu, sepatutnya dijangkakan seramai 38 orang 'penjaring-penjaring' SPM harus berkumpul di Dewan Sultan Muzaffar Syah, Mozac. Akan tetapi oleh kerana ketiadaan seorang, maka tidak lengkap seoranglah. Walaupun begitu, majlis tetap diteruskan jua.

Selepas mengambil tempat masing-masing, kami berborak-borak antara satu sama lain disebabkan sudah lama tak berjumpa sejak 12 Mac bagi sebahagian daripada kami. Tepat pukul 10 pagi, barulah majlis bermula. Kerusi kami pun sudah panas menunggu. Seperti majlis-majlis tipikal yang lain, majlis ini dimulakan dengan nyanyian lagu 'Negaraku',bacaan doa, dan ucapan-ucapan.

Dalam pertengahan majlis, tiba-tiba ada seekor maskot A&W telah sesat. Ramai kanak-kanak kecuakkan, malah ada yang gembira dalam gabra. (Gubra?)

Seperti rakan-rakan yang lain, saya terpaksa menunggu hampir satu jam untuk memberi laluan kepada 88 orang pelajar cemerlang PMR. Kami tidak menyalahkan mereka kerana cemerlang, tetapi dalam majlis yang lain tolong percepatkan perjalanan ke atas pentas. Tetapi pelajar-pelajar SPM yang menerima anugerah pun lebih kurang sahaja. Selepas menerima anugerah, terdapat sesi bergambar di luar dewan. Ya, di luar dewan ketika majlis masih belum habis.

Bersama Cikgu Lee yang mengajar subjek moral. Walaupun sebahagian daripada kami tidak belajar moral, tetapi tidak mengapa.

Selepas sesi bergambar tamat, hampir sebahagian daripada kami pergi ke Dewan Makan sekolah untuk menjamu selera. Saya bertemu dengan guru-guru yang telah mengajar saya. Saya juga mengambil kesempatan ini untuk melawat ke Aspuri dan Aspura bersama-sama rakan-rakan yang lain.

Menurunkan amanat di sebuah locker di aspuri.

Keseluruhannya hari kecemerlangan ini boleh tahan semuanya. Keseronokkan berjumpa rakan-rakan, tahap menu makanan yang menyelerakan dan mendapat RM60 daripada sekolah menjadi faktor-faktor utama. Walaubagaimanapun, terima kasih cikgu-cikgu 0408.

Yesterday I took part in 9th Seremban Parade Open Chess Champinship 2009 at Seremban Parade. I think the last time I played there was 3 years ago. Lama tu,kalau baby dah boleh merangkak dah,malah berlari 100m haha. Aku selalu pergi Makotah Parade je.

The position above arose from one of my games during the tournament.I was playing white. My opponent's last move was 12..Nfd7 which was a huge blunder I can say. When this move was played, I quickly grabbed the c4 pawn and played the winning combination. So, the game continued:

The title has nothing to do with this entry. Actually, JPA called and they offered me to further my studies in US with JPA scholarship. At first I'm unsure about this because normally the result for general engineering will be released in mid-May. But then, they told me that I'll be in the first batch of JPA scholars to go to overseas. So they need us to do early preparation.

If everything goes to plan, I'll fly to US this June and JPA will send me to Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. I'll do my chemical engineering degree there, insya Allah. Ok, now I need to prepare my US Visa, renew my passport, read up about Nashville and Obama's profile haha. Chow

Panca D'5 2009.

I went to mozac last weekend with eugene, alep, apom, cheong, and therry. Ok,obviously Im a good senior for supporting the event.

Before we went to mozac, that evening we went to newly open mydin. Sesak dengan ramai orang sampai nak carik parking pun kena round 2,3 kali mydin. Another prove that mydin was crowded. Nak turun escalator pun kena beratur.

Then at 8pm we went to mamak taj mahal, ayer keroh. Makan-makan then chow naik mozac. Sampai mozac dalam pukul 9pm camtu. Jumpe Khirul kat sana. Dia claim dia ex-mozac yang first sampai. Tak kisah la,actually dia nak jumpa bini dia kat sana memang la awal haha.

Overall, panca d5 tahun ni biasa-biasa.Macam tahun-tahun lepas,nothing. Disebabkan tak ada benda nak buat, kitaorg chow awal.

Panca d'5 masa aku form 5 tahun lepas. Saje je letak.

Pastu pergi main pool kat Ixora sampai 1am. Eugene's friend, Shannon joined us there. Ok la tempat tu ada espn. Boleh tengok chelsea sambil pukul bola. Biasa la orang pro. Nak pegi tengok movie,tapi tak check late night movie tayang apa.

Then,went back to eugene's house. Lepak-lepak there playing ps2, therry main poker kat facebook lol.At 2am,we went mamak sharrina plak,makan-makan,bluetooth songs and 3gp. Mamak kat sana semua joker.

aku: wtf

mamak: nak makan ape?
apom: kosong 1, tampal 1
mamak: ok nanti saya hantar itu pinggan kosong 1

At 3am,we went to alep's house. All of us slept there. Then tomorrow morning, Apom and I went to melaka sentral,while cheong and therry still sleeping. Awal aku bangun. Anyway, educamp macam dah nak habis. Confirm diorg menyesal tak shortlist aku.

To mara interviewers,the interview is nothing. Good luck.

Yes,i was one of the lucky 8000 applicants that got the interview. Arrived there at 1.45 pm. Once I entered the building, I saw a lot of people gathered around. And, obviously most of them look so smart and intelligent armed with files(!).Then,signed my name on the board and waited.

My group and I waited in front of panel 3 room.We were consisted of 2 malay students, 3 chinese students,four guys and one girl. All the students there looked very nervous and I bet their adrenaline rushed seriously fast.

So I was the 1st person to enter the room. Greeted them and took my place. Then one of the interviewers told us 'All of you actually dont get shortlisted for the interview,APRIL FOOL!' All of us were like !@#*.

The 1st session was self-introduction. Assalamualaikum dan selamat petang,nama saya Anas........sekian,terima kasih. Oh, I forgot to mention the country that I chose.But its ok since general engineering has 5 other countries. Things to mention: your name of course,previous school,course,which country,family background and co-cu achievements.

Next was group discussion. My group got normal topics i think. Bagaimana hendak menyemai sifat patriotik pada malaysia di negara luar? Maybe it was normal for me because the night before the interview day, Afif and I had discussed the topic together. I thought they'll ask about engineering stuff and all that. Then,they asked us about our opinion on Mat Rempit. I just talked,talked and gave my opinion.

In the end,the interviewers told us to ask them question.Then,1 guy asked about the bond to government thing, the girl asked about pre-university and I asked them about their profession since I dont know what to ask. After that we thanked them, shook hands and chow.

Conclusion, my interview session was very relaxed and the interviewers were so kind that they dont shoot/provoke us with hard questions.Some of my friends had question like Malaysian hospitality,the astronaut and what is mechatronic? lol. I guess I did ok but I dont know whether Ill be chosen among the lucky 2000 candidates for the scholarship. If i get the scholarship, i shall thank Allah for that. If i dont, its not the end of the world for me.

p/s: The interviewers never said the april fool joke to us.

Hi, so long without updates. OK,it's post spm. I thought this period of my life will be ok,enjoy life,go insanely fun, but somehow I'm looking forward for my long,long holiday to end. Everyday is just the same day, if I don't go to the driving school in a day,I would do the same routine all over again.

I wanted to work,but due to the economy crisis,many companies just don't hire new worker. Next factor is age,companies will know if you work just for 3 months while waiting for the result.As a result,they will eventually reject the application. Maybe I should seize and enjoy the holiday days rather than waste it with working hours.

This holiday I have also managed to watch some movies released in 2008 like The Dark Knight, James Bond,Twilight and many more. One of those movies is Ayat-Ayat Cinta (literally meaning The Verses of Love). It is a nice love story and has normal love stories with sacrifice. Ok, I'm not gonna elaborate much on this. Go and see yourself.

After a long break from chess scene,my 1st chess tourn after spm was Gerak Khas Open.
Every round I had a winning position,but lack of 1+0 bullet games training caused me to play not fast as before. I got 3rd place but I think it was a good result consider that my last tourn was the MSSM Malaysia back in June of 2008.
In other words,dah berkarat. After that,no training,no wasting time,no ~~flirting~~,just spm in mind.

And now, I've been playing online chess on playchess.com which is the most popular chess server in the world (claim by them,not me).
Previously,I spent a lot of time on World Chess network famously known as WCN.
The site was like a playground to me around 2003-2006 (dulu gila2 main sampai 20k bullet games).
I remember during that time, Nicholas Chan, Jonathan Chuah, Soon Wai Cheong,Siti Zulaikha and me were the active malaysian members of the site.

Sometimes, Wai cheong and me played like 50+ bullet games per day LOL. good old days.
But now,the network was bought by Internet Chess Club (ICC). It was then merged with Chess Live, which is yet another internet chess server.
Later, I found that the new server is so boring due to lack of strong,~~cute~~ players.

On 7 Feb will be my next tourn and 1st in 2009.

1st post yo. Basically,this is a blog for diverse entries about myself and others. This blog also is another way to fill my past time when I am free from anything.
